MySupport help desk system - a comprehensive solution for monitoring and dealing with requests of the customers of GCE Holding. The second version has been optimised for the needs arising from the use of the system and includes tools for statistical evaluation by departments / branches / subject, and a mailing system connected to a SMS gateway.

In addition to other modules, the system includes a tool for a detailed setting of group user rights and a function of logging actions performed by users. The application is used in several company's branches throughout Europe.
